Why did we rebrand?

When COVID19 disrupted our tea supply chain, we knew it was time for a transformation. The challenge we faced wasn’t just about logistics; it was about preserving the quality our customers have come to love. The local vendors we relied on struggled to maintain the high standards we demanded, leading to a noticeable decline in our tea quality. As true tea enthusiasts, this was simply unacceptable. To continue offering the exceptional quality our customers expect, we realized we needed to look beyond local vendors.

This realization also led to our decision to rebrand. As Teahee, our goal was to create a fun and friendly environment where people could enjoy a good cup of tea. The name reflected this casual, approachable vibe. However, we soon recognized that our passion for tea went beyond just providing a pleasant atmosphere. We want to demonstrate that boba tea can be more than a trendy drink — it can be an exquisite experience made with high-quality ingredients.

Driven by the desire to elevate our customer experience, in March 2024, we decided to close the store for remodeling, and rebrand Teahee to Arisan Tea and Coffee House.

We believe that the foundation of great boba tea is exceptional tea, and Arisan was created to showcase this belief. Our name change signifies our commitment to this higher standard. By sourcing the finest teas and emphasizing artisanal craftsmanship, we ensure that every cup of Arisan tea offers an unforgettable experience.

From the misty mountains of Taiwan to the sun-drenched fields of Sri Lanka, we sought out the perfect brews. These renowned tea regions, celebrated for their rich heritage and exceptional quality, provided us with the finest leaves. After months of extensive taste testing, we realized that only the taste of real, high-quality tea can deliver an unparalleled tea experience.
